Galaxy Intruders

Windows: 

1. Download and Unzip the file. All the files in the folder is required for the game to run
2. Double click on the desktop icon or, left click and select Open.
3. If It gives you a warning of unknown publisher click More Info at the bottom and click Run Anyway.
   1. Alternatively instead of putting all of the files on your desktop you can follow these steps to make it look better:
      1. Unzip the file, but don't place them on your desktop. 
      2. Right click your home screen and click New > Shortcut
      3. Click Browse and then the path for the game
         1. Ex. Downloads > Galaxy Intruders - Windows > Galaxy Intruders 
      4. Use that shortcut to play the game!

MacOS:  

1. Download and Unzip file. Make note of the install path 
2. Open the Terminal application
3. Enter the following command:
   1. chmod 755 [App Install Directory Path]
      1. example "chmod 755 Desktop/Galaxy\ Intruders\ MacOS/Galaxy\ Intruders\ \(macOS\).app/Contents/MacOS/Galaxy\ Intruders"
4. Locate Galaxy Intruders in Finder
5. Control-click on the Application
6. Select Open.  Disclaimer - You only have to control click and type the command the first time to set up the preferences. After you have done this you don't have to do it again until you either download an update or delete the game and re-install

Because of how itch.io works you must follow these steps:

1. Delete all of the previous versions files
2. Look above and follow the download and install instructions

I'm sorry that you have to redownload the game every time you need to update the game, so I am trying to make updates as large and few as possible to make more content in each update so less of this cycle has to be repeated. Thanks for reading this.
